We had an amazing romantic escape at this resort. The private pool villa was the best part of the experience, with stunning views and luxurious amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions. We loved the delicious breakfast and the beautiful beach that was just a short walk away.

The limited restaurant options on site, but this was easily solved with the shuttle service or a short taxi ride to other locations. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort for a romantic getaway.

Breakfast was fantastic, staff was welcoming. We loved the sunbathing terrace. The property was right by a bus stop.

For those heading to Bang Tao Beach, this place is conveniently located within 9 miles of Phuket airport, also just a short walk to Taihei for a great lunch spot - definitely worth checking out!

We had the most luxurious and memorable stay at this hotel. The spacious villa with its amazing pool and beautiful lake view made our vacation truly special. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the complimentary cocktails and the daily presents from our personal assistant. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and our butler, Sonya, took care of all our needs throughout our stay. The location, away from the city center but with a selection of local restaurants nearby, was perfect for us. this hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience.

Liked staying at this resort! Received excellent personalized service from the moment I arrived. The villa was large, clean, and well-maintained. I enjoyed cycling around the resort and swimming in my own pool. The location was great, and I loved the ice cream man who served complimentary homemade ice cream. I also enjoyed the professional spa services.

Disliked that the insect/mosquito control can be improved. I encountered a lot of insects, especially around evening time.

I especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area and private facilities. the location advantages were perfect as well, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with bicycles available in each villa for guests to use. The staff provided excellent service, with a special shoutout to our butler Sonya who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with beautiful beaches and a great selection of local restaurants nearby.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was situated on a beautiful beach, surrounded by stunning views and plenty of other restaurants. It was far away from the noisy city center, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. there was a nearby clinic for any medical emergencies.

The quality of the food at the hotel's own restaurants was below our expectations.

The housekeeping staff was efficient and the spa was amazing. the hotel was located near a lot of shops and restaurants, which made it very convenient for us. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety.

The staff at the front desk were very unhelpful and seemed disinterested in helping us with our questions. We also encountered issues with the air conditioning in our room, which was not functioning properly.

The Double Pool Villas by Banyan Tree in Phuket exceeded all expectations. The spacious villa, amazing pool, and scenic lake view were breathtaking. The personalized butler service, complimentary cocktails, and daily presents made our stay extra special. The attentive and friendly staff, delicious sushi at Taihei restaurant, and impeccable spa services were highlights of our vacation. Highly recommended!
